Key Responsibilities

  • Wages, must have a good understanding of the new COVID-19 revenue payments
  • Experience with ROS
  • Debtors and Creditors Ledgers
  • Banking and Bank Reconciliations
  • Accruals and pre-payments
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office – excellent knowledge and experience of Excel a necessity
  • Good knowledge of Sage accounting and wage packages
  • Monthly Financial reporting
  • Good understanding of budgeting
  • Experience in dealing with Auditors and end of year finances, with key appointed accountants
  • Knowledge of completing Vat Returns
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work with deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail and numeracy

Job Type: Part-time

Experience: Finance or business 3 years (Preferred)

Work remotely: This could be an option on occasion
